Super cute, super local cafe. Table and chair seating in what looks like someone's dining room. The lunch set menu has 10-12 options including pizza and pasta and includes a drink and dessert as well as a main course. You can add a salad if you pay extra. The owner is very friendly and happy to chat. The background music is jazz and very relaxing. There isn't an English menu but if you don't speak any Japanese a translation app will take of that.
View on GoogleHad omurice with ebi and karaage. Was delicious and the owner was very friendly and we had some small talks. Ambience was chill and nice. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleDon't expect fine dining. But do expect expertly cooked omlette and a tasty Japanese curry sauce. Lovely food, jazz music was funky too!
View on GoogleFor lunch I ordered omurice Set B. The omurice is the type with fluffy egg placed on top. The main omurice is a superb dish combining slightly runny egg with chicken rice that's neither too sticky nor too dry. The lunch set lets you mix and match a main dish, drink, and dessert in various combinations. On the way out, the master—a former motorcycle rider who looks a bit stern at first glance but is fun to talk to—sees you off to the exit. If you're coming by car, be careful because there's almost no place to park.
View on GoogleIt's just a short walk from Dormy Inn Higashi-Muroran. You can eat fluffy, creamy, super tasty omurice at a reasonable price. I think it's because it's made carefully, but even though we basically had the place to ourselves, it took about 25 minutes for the food to come out.
