Young people might find it lacking, but for middle-aged and older people it's nutritionally balanced and ideal. I'm happy to be able to eat a little of lots of dishes that are a hassle to make. The lady here is great at seasoning!! Rice and miso soup are included, plus a little dessert and coffee after the meal, and for 800 yen it's satisfying. If the shop were near me, coming every day would probably be good for my health. Vegetables were being sold at the entrance, so maybe she has farmer friends or family. The shop is coffee-shop style with few seats, so it might get crowded? So, 4 stars.

A coffee shop. I went in for tea, and they said they do a buffet at lunchtime for 800 yen, so I just ate. The atmosphere is like a shop run by an old-time grandma. The price is cheap at 800 yen, and I think they have a good lineup of tasty things like curry rice, karaage, miso soup, simmered dishes, and mountain vegetable tempura.
