蕎麦家いごころSoba Ie Igokoro
If you're having lunch around Mukawa or Tomakomai, how about soba at Sobaya Igokoro? Sobaya Igokoro is a soba restaurant in Mukawa, Hokkaido, with homemade noodles, recommended for both lunch and dinner. Along with our delicious, fragrant soba, freshly made and boiled using buckwheat flour from Nagano Prefecture, our freshly fried tempura is also well received. Please enjoy soba that brings out the natural aroma, flavor, and color of buckwheat flour, with dipping sauce made from stock carefully prepared using 3 types of bonito flakes and kombu. The meat, vegetables, and other ingredients in our meals are carefully selected from all over Japan, not just Hokkaido, to find those that pair best with soba. In particular, we use premium eggs from a nearby partner poultry farm…

Soba spot that's clearly a big hit amongst locals. Roadside, a few minutes' walk from Mukawa Station. I had the warm kinoko soba, which was nice and filling, with chewy mushrooms and superb noodles. Service is warm and friendly. Interior is traditional-esque and isn't the largest, but there are plenty of tables, with a mix of tatami and standard seating. Solo diners can use the large central table, and eating here has a rustic atmosphere which I enjoy.
View on GoogleIt seems to be a popular place, and it's crowded Write your name on the waiting list at the entrance, take a device that buzzes when you're called, and wait a little before going in The soba is authentic! The tempura is crisp and delicious too! I also had an unusual potato salad No wonder it's popular Thank you for the meal, it was delicious 😋
View on GoogleWhat I ate Mori soba 680円 Small tendon 450円 The soba is firm, the tempura is fried crisp and light, and the sauce is delicious too. The service is kind and courteous. I received free tenkasu. Thank you for the meal. I felt this was a place worth recommending. This is my 2nd review. Arrived around 12:40 on a public holiday. The restaurant was almost full. Customers came and went for about 40 minutes afterward, but it remained full. Even when full, the service never became careless. All the staff's service and coordination seemed very good. The soba and tendon are authentic, delicious, and satisfying. The sobayu provided ran out partway through, but they promptly replenished it and poured some into my teacup. The delicious free tenkasu is available in limited quantities, and this time it had run out because I arrived late. Excuse me for saying this, but I'm surprised there's such a wonderful soba restaurant in a rural town like this. I still felt this was a place worth recommending. The same ☆5 as last time.
View on GoogleI had tenzaru soba here before and it was so delicious that I came back. I had a dish called chilled soba with premium smoked duck breast and rich white sesame (sorry if I got the name wrong), something I'd never eaten before in my life. The duck breast had no unpleasant smell at all and was packed with flavor. The white sesame soup was rich but not overwhelming, perhaps because it was soba, and I enjoyed it right to the end. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleI was very satisfied with the delicious soba and broth and the crispy tempura. I plan to visit again. Thank you very much.
