View on GoogleShoyu chashu men The large slices of chashu arranged to cover the bowl make a striking impression. They're moist and tender, with a clear, savory meat flavor. The seasoning is wonderful too. They'd also be excellent as a snack with drinks. Despite its dark color, the soup is surprisingly mellow, with the richness and umami of shoyu spreading gently. The medium-thick curly noodles hold the broth well, keeping every bite enjoyable until the end. It was packed with the appeal of old-fashioned shoyu ramen, a flavor I'd want again and again. There was a photo of Keiko Takeshita inside, and I also heard that she came to eat here 3 days in a row back then. Thank you for the meal. I'd like to stop here again when I return to Mukawa. 🍜✨ Grateful for this delicious encounter😋 🍚🥢 ✨
View on GoogleFirst visit while out for a drive! Classic, conventional old-fashioned ramen! The shoyu was a little weak and slightly acidic; perhaps the soup lacked depth~ The spicy miso had a strong, punchy flavor but wasn't very spicy. It lacked depth, so I added the chili powder and garlic on the table. It was quite salty, so I couldn't finish the broth. The yakibuta was strongly seasoned and delicious.
View on GoogleLunch around Mukawa. I have a health checkup soon, so I want to eat something good for me. The soba shop was closed, so I went to Ramen Shurai. Unusually, there were seats available. I sat down right away and ordered Tenshio ramen and a half portion of chahan. It was my first time ordering chahan here, but a full portion is too much, and combined with ramen the salt intake would be worrying, so I'd need to leave some broth too……… my checkup…… The ramen arrived first after about 5 minutes. The mellow, deep-flavored soup and chewy noodles were irresistible. While I was absorbed in slurping, the half chahan arrived……… Half chahan? It looks like a regular portion…… This is bad. The fragrant, piping-hot chahan goes too well with the Tenshio ramen broth, and I can't stop. My common sense says no, but my spoon hand won't stop……… Before I knew it, there wasn't 1 drop of broth left. They got me! Serving ramen and chahan this delicious, and making even the half chahan this generous…… I'll get fatter and fatter. What a cruel shop! I got a stamp card on the way out. Apparently it never expires! What an outrageous shop. Now I'll have to keep coming lol Thank you, it was truly delicious. Thank you for the meal😊
View on GoogleA ramen shop in Mukawa with delicious shio ramen. I ordered shio wonton men for 950円 and chahan for 850円. There are 9 counter seats inside. It's small, but the atmosphere is nice. The woman who served us was lovely. You can get a stamp card.
