We took a chance on the place, pulling off the highway after finding all the Lucky Pierrot stores in Hakodate had massive queues. Such a pleasant surprise, delicious lunch, ambience and service. There is no English menu but we used Google translate easily. Staff were very friendly. Perhaps slightly expensive, but worth it!

Awesome local spot > great food, flavors and welcoming chef. We stopped in on our way to ski and the miso ramen, curry and bento boxes were perfect for our lunch!

It is rather expensive, but the C lunch set with the kalbi don was delicious. However, my friend's B lunch with the haiyashi rice tasted just like Chef Boyardee Spaghettios... So maybe skip that one...

For the first time in ages, I found ebi fry with the heads still on. The salad was nicely presented, but maybe the dressing's flavor should be changed. The presentation overall was good, but the dressing tasted cheap (sorry for putting it harshly). Changing it to grated onion dressing or corn dressing would make it feel more in line with the price.
