Here is little restaurant and B&B. u can enjoy the beef or Ezo deer steak and curry. Sometime u will meet the Ezo fox at the front of this restaurant.

I ordered The Premium Nanpu Curry. Butter oil is poured between the A5-grade Japanese Black wagyu and the rice, then the wagyu is grilled on the iron plate, placed on the rice, topped with curry, and eaten. The wagyu is tender, and the rice on the iron plate is piping hot and delicious too. It's so hot that people sensitive to hot food would struggle to eat it. Other menu items caught my interest too, so I'd like to visit again.

It's fairly well known around Furano. The menu focuses on curry, but they also have noodles, hamburger steak set meals, and more. They use venison and Hokkaido ingredients. There are bold offerings like the Otokomae Menu, but the interior is calm, so you can enjoy a leisurely meal.

I ordered Ezo deer katsu curry! It was really delicious. Both the vegetables and the cutlet were high quality! It comes with kumazasa tea too, and I'd recommend it to anyone sightseeing in Hokkaido!

I had lunch at Nanputei in Minamifurano, which is famous for Ezo deer curry. I had the Otokomae Steak (1100 yen including tax). It's a venison steak (with curry), made with lean meat, with no gamey smell, and it was tender and delicious😄😃😊 It was reasonably priced😊 With wild game, bleeding it promptly after hunting is important, and apparently a gamey smell can develop depending on how that's done. The venison in Minamifurano is processed at a game processing facility, so it's reassuring. When you visit Hokkaido, do try Ezo deer meat!😄😄😄
