There are toys and a slide so kids don't get bored, making it a good environment for families with children. Maybe the staff were tired, but there was someone who didn't respond. Perhaps as part of their role, someone else was casually covering for them. For food, I ordered the butadon set. Unfortunately, the flavor was weak; it looked like they just poured butadon sauce on and quickly stir-fried it. For ramen I ordered shio, and it was neither good nor bad. The shop is clean and fairly spacious, so it's a shame.

Winter-only weekday lunch menu It's great that you can choose your ramen from the extensive menu. I've eaten all sorts of Darumaya's ramen, but I like the black tonkotsu ramen, so I picked that. And a mini fried rice. A can't-miss combination. I could've handled large ramen and a regular fried rice, but I held back. Piping hot, freshly made soup and just-stir-fried fried rice. Can't miss. With this combo, it's 5 stars🌟. The staff are energetic and the service is good.

Since I think everyone has their own likes and dislikes when it comes to ramen, these are my impressions on the premise that "everyone is different, and everyone is good." On the way back to Sapporo, hungry at dusk. Unable to hold out a little longer, I stopped at "Darumaya" at the Mikasa roadside station. I chose the signature item, "Doro Ramen." The soup, said to blend pork bone gelatin extracted under high pressure with a special soy sauce tare, looks rich and, true to its name, slightly thick. One slurp and the powerful umami of tonkotsu hits you hard. Despite being so rich, the aftertaste is surprisingly mellow. The addictive depth, so good you almost drink up all the soup before you know it, is irresistible. The noodles paired with it are Hokkaido-style high-hydration, medium-thick curly noodles. Their springy texture carries the rich soup perfectly. It was the punchiest "detour" ever, soaking into my hungry body.
