I went over the reviews beforehand and can see why some people felt the way they did. I came during the summer, so there was no wait to be seated, but the wait for the food was very long—around 30 to 50 minutes. If you’re in a rush or just need a quick place to eat, this probably isn’t the best spot. The prices were also a bit high for the portion sizes. For the price, I expected something more memorable, but the food didn’t stand out as much as I thought it would. That being said, the meatball was definitely the highlight and honestly made up for some of the disappointment. The staff was nice, and I personally didn’t experience anything like some of the other reviews mentioned. Overall, it’s still a good place

One of my favourite dishes of all time, especially the chicken meatball version. A must try local dish with so many levels of customisation and sides to tailor your soup curry to perfection. I’ve been coming here since a child and yet the food has stayed at top quality

Very tasty curry ramen in niseko.. we went there at opening hour so there was no crowd n we were seated soon. The portion was big n we finished it! The place is cosy n at the same time they’re selling some novelties which is lovely.

My kids and I ate at Tsubara Tsubara and loved it. Local, cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff and great food. Also very busy which is always a good sign. Waited about 10 minutes to get it. Highly recommend getting there right at opening at 6pm. Cool historic ski gear and photos.

Awesome little place with tasty soup curry and small plates (the mackerel was so good!) curated by some talented chefs! Very hearty and warm meal for a cold evening. Would recommend!
