Is a casual Jingisukan restaurant in central Hirafu. Spice curry, teriyaki pork rice bowls, lamb BBQ (Jingisukan), and its signature large yakitori are popular. Its strengths are fast service that lets you eat right away after returning from the snowy mountains, and affordable prices that are rare in Hirafu. The food was so good & the Japanese side of the service was excellent as always. Prices were pretty reasonable for the area too. I did miss naan but I’m guessing that’s just not a Japanese curry thing which is totally fine. The yakitori was excellent & the edamame was a nice change.

Local restaurant with great food, good prices and fast service. Lovely staff, always smiling. I went there every night for dinner for a week. They also have an All You Can Eat with meats for less than 6.000 yen(minimum 2 people for this, book before)

Stumbled upon this place in search of dinner on my honeymoon and couldn’t have been happier. Incredible, welcoming service. Steak and the curry are both high quality, tender and flavorful. Everything is fairly priced for the portion size and location. Will definitely return next time I am in Niesko.

Good food that taste hand made. A bit too sweet for me but the provided vinegar help balancing it out. Overall good quality. Very nice staff.

I’ve lived in Tokyo for 5 years, so my standards for Japanese food are pretty high for a foreigner. but the yakitori here was absolutely amazing. I ended up eating seven skewers of chicken alone! The place was filled with smoke from all the meat people were endlessly ordering, so it wasn’t the easiest spot to bring a child, but these were honestly the best chicken skewers of my life.
