We shared a beautiful, special meal at Niseko Bang Bang. In additional to incredible food, the hospitality and kindness of the owners and entire team is unparalleled. It’s a casual, comfortable environment serving high quality, expertly prepared seasonal dishes (deer skewers, horse sashimi, Kinki fish, Hokkaido cheese, etc.) paired with Japanese staples (homemade tofu, mozuku, sashimi, yakitori, etc.). Everything we tried was locally sourced and as fresh as possible. Overall, an amazing meal and experience that will be difficult to beat. Thank you Masa san and your team for a wonderful first night in Niseko.
View on GoogleMy friends and his kids were raving about this place and it was their second time to this restaurant this trip so I had high expectations about this place. When we arrived there was already a huge line outside waiting to go in and the place was packed. Honestly I think my friend over hyped this place by quite a bit. Food is good but its not THAT good. Their skewers was decent but dont think roasting part of the kitchen is big enough for the demand. After our first round of orders came, we ordered more and had to wait a good 15 20 mins for the second round to come. You can see the chef frantically cooking up a storm through the window to the kitchen but at most he could only cook up 10 or 12 skewers at a time. With the amount of people and order placed be prepared to wait a while for your order. But at least his kids loves this place and as long as they are happy I guess thats all it matters. Funny thing about their beer selection is they had 3 different sizes for their beers, small medium and large, without any indication of how big each sizes are. We first ordered a medium beer which was slightly more than half a pint and of course it wasnt enough so we though we would order the large. With the medium being a little bit more than half pint, you would think that a large size beer would be somewhere close to a pint or a little more. Boy were we wrong. The beer that came was close to more than 1 liters and the glass it came in was huge. Just a heads up on what you should order.
View on Googlefirst time to be here. luckily to have two bar seats without reservation! (it’s our first day in town) very grateful indeed 🙇🏻♀️🙇🏻♀️. they speak good english and the menu is clear. i particularly love the prime steak (400g). absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked!! i have to say thx to the chef!!!
View on GoogleGood yakitori place. We came quite early, but it's recommended to have a reservation. We ordered a mix of skewers and they were all good. The sake was also really nice. Price is more expensive, a price to pay in this area. Service was good too. The people were friendly and helpful.
View on GoogleUndeniable that this was the BEST meal we had in Niseko! Glad I read some reviews ahead of time about showing up super early - either a little before or right when they open because we didn't have reservations and they seemed to be completely booked for the next 2 months! We got seated right at the bar area with a great view of the chefs. Every dish was amazing, the service was also impeccable, and the atmosphere was authentic. This should be a destination to seek out if you're in the Hokkaido area!
