Very good sashimi, Kasseki Sama (chef) and his wife are very kind. He has been making sushi for 40 years. The chef comes to explain and recommend items, and is very pleased when you love it (which you will). Try the quick seared venison, it’s very good, different and a very local option to try. 10/10.
View on GoogleThis place was amazing! The food was amazing! 10/10 favorite meal I had on this trip. The owners were so kind and sweet. They truly went above and beyond to make our experience delicious and special. Thank you both so much!
View on GoogleDefinitely an address to go if you want something good and worth the value. Atmosphere: Very simple, traditional easy going Japanese restaurant Price: Prices are relatively correct and it won’t break the bank, about 3-4,000 yen per big eaters Service: Very friendly, happened to know that the owner and chef was working in the Japanese restaurant of the JW Marriott in Hong Kong. They both speak perfectly English and we laughed a lot Food: The sashimi were nicely cut and fresh, the rolls are creative and good, the aged potatoes are amazing, the salad’s excellent. Also a very nice selection of wine, sake and giving a good guidance on sake choices. Highly recommended and this restaurant are very friendly, I also recommend to book in advance (we are lucky that we had a table by walk in)

View on GoogleIf you stay at Niseko and have car, I recommend to have dinner at Kutchan, it is 4x cheaper than Niseko area. The food here is so fresh.
