Located alongside the inn “銀嶺,” the restaurant offers panoramic views of Mount Yotei and the Niseko Grand Hirafu ski area through its windows. Enjoy authentic udon prepared with skills learned in Shikoku while looking out over the mountains of Niseko. Please also enjoy toppings generously made with vegetables from our own farm and ingredients from Hokkaido. We are open only for lunch and close when the noodles run out, but we sincerely look forward to welcoming you.

Went here for lunch during my rest day from skiing. The curry udon was so delicious, noodles were cooked to perfection, reasonably priced. I had an amazing view of mt yotei from my seat. The place and the staff are so cute and it’s a good sign when locals are eating there. Cash only (7-11 atm is across the intersection).

I’m not an udon noodle lover but this place makes amazing udon noodles that you don’t want to miss. This place is the restaurant for a hotel which is located next door. The menu is not long and serves the noodles either hot or cold depending on how you like it. I got the deep fried egg noodles and my friend got the curry, chicken, and cold plain noodles. We also got the mini tendon which is a variety of fried veg with a shrimp and rice. The wait to sit down was a little bit long but well worth it. If you have the chance I highly recommend this place. Try the cold version of the noodles. You may become a big fan

Jikasei Udon Kokoro serves fantastic homemade udon, made with high-quality ingredients blended with the most advanced technology and traditional techniques. The udon is cooked to perfection, tender yet chewy, and served in mild, soy-based broth, garnished with minced daikon, ginger, spring onions. The tempura is coated in light crispy batter, the vegetables are soft and sweet, and the prawn is crunchy and full of umami. The udon is served in both hot and cold; ine cold udon is better, give both a try if you go in a group. Jikasei Udon Kokoro opens only for a few hours daily and has limited servings, so go early to avoid disappointment!

Can tell the udon is freshly made, and all the ingredients especially the tempura items were so delicious, and paired well with the bukkake stock. Definitely recommend to get any tempura bukkake, with cold noodles. It will contrast nicely against the hot fried items.

This shop used to be my favourite udon shop in town. However, the quality is getting worst... The udon is always overcooked. I went there with my friends this afternoon and we all got diarrhea. I believe the owner need to take a look at the hygiene situation in the kitchen. Please feel free to contact me if you need further informations.
