A place you'll always want to stop by when you come to Niseko ~With the same spirit we've had since opening~ Graubunden opened in 1990. We wanted to create a place to unwind after enjoying the outdoors in Niseko! That's how it all began. Generously sized sandwiches and cakes you won't forget after your first taste. Spend special time with family, friends, coworkers, and loved ones at Niseko Graubunden.

Cosy cafe specializing in baguette sandwiches and cake. Extensive sandwich menu, which can be customized. Large cake selection. When you enter the cafe, enter your name and number of people in your group into the iPad, this will add you to the wait list. Once seated, you order at the counter. Self serve water. There's some shared tables at busy times.

Well established and popular Swiss-inspired cafe. Good breakfast sandwiches - think thick bacon, perfectly scrambled eggs and burger cheese! With salad and trimmings. Also a tempting selection of home made cakes to navigate… Served alongside a top-notch barista coffee it’s a great (and possible indulgent) start to the day! More-than-adequate service provided by smiley staff You will return!

Graubunden is such a lovely café! They offer a wide variety of desserts and pastries — all delicious. The drinks were also great, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is warm and cozy with a slight American touch — so much so that it barely feels like you’re in Japan! But overall, I really loved it. Super cute and such a comfy place to sit back and relax ☕️🥐✨

Ok a little bit expensive. 1.900¥ for BLT. But it was very tasty. The bacon was really good. You can choose between different options for bread for you sandwich. (Gluten free bread, baguette, bagel) Also drink nothing to say, nice latte. Inside good atmosphere really relaxing. Maybe not the same during busy winter season. But for summer, really nice for chilling so I will definitely come back!

We had a coffee, croissant, a sweet and a savoury croffle (crossiant and waffle hybrid). It’s flaky and buttery like a croissant, shaped with squares like a waffle. Food was good. The server looked a little tired and seems like she didn’t want to take my order. Lots of little white flakes came off the white wall behind the picnic table bench, and got my kid’s jacket ashy. Also, it was a snowy morning and I didn’t know where to park. Where is the parking area??? It was an ok experience. Since not a lot of places open at 8am in Niseko for breakfast, it a place I will consider again.
