We ordered the crab course with wagyu. The hairy crab dish was extremely fresh, you could really taste the sea. Definitely one of the highlights. We also ordered the uni, and it’s absolutely recommended. The uni was incredibly fresh, sweet, and creamy…really, really good. However, the grilled king crab was very disappointing. It smelled and tasted off, almost as if it hadn’t been fresh before cooking. The texture was very chewy and unpleasant. Aside from that, the rest of the dishes were quite good, and service was quick and efficient. Overall, a mixed experience, some standout items (especially the uni and hairy crab), but the grilled king crab was a major letdown. Still good overall though!

Reservation is required. They have one fixed course menu comprising both crab and Kobe beef. Good variety of sake and wine. The Kobe beef was the best I have had in my life!! The Kegani and kanimiso was also very fresh and tasty. Great service :) On a pricey side but I consider it worthy of what we spent.

I highly recommend this place for a date night. The variety of crab was really fun to try, and each dish was super high quality and well-prepared. The flavors had a comforting and homey feel. The service was also excellent. My boyfriend and I were treated warmly. We were the first ones to dine there that evening, and I highly recommend going to an earlier reservation if you're looking for a more quiet atmosphere. Towards the end of our meal, more diners trickled in and the place became more lively (and not as romantic). ** edited post vacation to add more details

Food is decent, price is ok for Niseko. Need a bit more air inside, perhaps opening a window would be good. If they can use the crab to make congee it would be even better. Also, would be great if visitors can respect Japanese culture and speak softly, thank you!

Amazing food!! The hair crab was cooked and open, so very easy to eat. Wagyu just melted in my mouth. We ordered uni on top of the regular set menu which was really the best uni i have had for at least past 3 years. Highly recommend!
