Amazing. At first look it might not look like a restaurant. You will be greeted warmly by the lady. It is essential a 2 person family shop. From all the old decor to the 1980’s air-con machine. This is a place that seems to bring me back to the 90’s. So much history and the food is very good. I appreciate this much more than some fancy restaurant and i’ve been to a-lot of high end place. It is not everyday we will chance upon a small shop that you can tell they make the food from heart and service is like friends. Finally we had the Grilled abalone and Scallop sashimi. Just amazing and other food was quite good. I think the cooked home food was my favourite.

This is an amazing and cozy “mom & pop” sushi shop in Kutchan. Husband is sushi chef, wife runs the front and is super nice and welcoming. Fish is superb we took the 12 pc nigiri omakase. Some complain its expensive, but it was oretty much best of house fish (including abalone, huge clam, king crab, etc). The huge scallop was amazing as was the unagi don. This is 5 star, dont worry about the complainers. We were super satisfied and glad we were able to get a table. And yes, since April 2025, no reservations. Yum, yum, and yum! Unfortunately, we were hungry and food looked amazing upon being served, so i dint have good pics.

A small local-style restaurant with a very cozy atmosphere. The staff were extremely kind and really tried to communicate with us in English. The food was excellent — every piece of sushi was delicious. The prices were reasonable as well. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this place.

A great small family run sushi restaurant that requires a reservation which is very difficult to secure. The owner/chef and his wife are very friendly and helpful. The quality of the sushi and other food is really good. Tried the sushi omakase and it was amazing. Also tried other cooked food and was equally good. Don’t go without a reservation or you will be disappointed.

Very friendly staff even though they use limited english, but still very welcoming! The food was spectacular, very fresh, tho a little bit on the pricier side but still very worthed! I would definitely recommend the Salmon Belly, literally melts in your mouth!
