There was only one person serving at the restaurant (possibly the owner). We ordered two colas and were given bottled drinks without glasses, ice, or straws, while Japanese customers were served soft drinks in glasses with ice. When I politely asked for glasses with ice, he responded, “Oh, iru?” (“Oh, you need it?”), and it still took a few minutes before the glasses were brought to us. He was also rude when my friend asked for an extra small plate. Although I understand that language barriers can happen, the difference in attentiveness toward Japanese customers was noticeable. I’m not sure whether it was due to the language barrier or something else, but the experience made us feel uncomfortable. Service should be consistent and respectful to all customers.
View on GoogleWe were rejected by the other yakiniku spots in the area (for whatever reason) and stumbled upon this one. They weren’t the friendliest, but their QR code had an English menu and we were able to order with no problems. It was also a bonus that they had a vent to suck up the smoke to avoid smelly clothes after. Orders came out in a timely manner and the charcoal grill added a lot kd flavor to the average quality meats. The lamb cuts were good but too lean, they have Wagyu and other cuts you can order for more flavor. There are only 3 tables inside so just keep that in mind if you visit during peak hours.

View on GoogleWhat a rip-off They had a stall set up somewhere, and just this tiny bit of karaage was 500 yen At the shop even water costs money, lol? I guess this is the kind of course where the meat is barely a bite or two and one plate is 1,000 yen? If you're going, be careful unless you're rich😇
