Really wonderful experience here. My wife and I popped in w/o reservation after not having seen much else appealing in the town. We waited 5 minutes and had a table. From there, the service, food and ambience were all excellent. People do have a good time there in groups, so maybe not the place to propose to your future spouse, but other than that, just fab. The skewers were perfect, with a killer BBQ sauce. My wife dug the fresh oysters and the baked potato is elevated to gourmet status here, Hokkaido style. And clean toilets!

Chicken skewer with salt is the must order dish. Oyster is very fresh and tasty. Sun dried squid tempura is ok but kind of unique. Overall the ambience is very nice and staff is also very friendly and attentive ♥️ will return!

Honest Review: Service was awful. Meat quality was fine, but the food is overpriced, bland, generic, and lacks any personality. We got the A5 Wagyu and the Fried Octupus (which came out soggy). For how much you pay, the experience was lack luster. If you're looking for hot boiling water and some raw meat, you're better off doing this in your hotel room. For the price, go anywhere else but here! Save your money and time. all the other bad reviews are similar.

Great food and location but service is not amazing. We were 7 minutes late and were told our paid booking were cancelled by the pretty waitress. After a few minutes wait we found there were lots of tables and were let in. Location is great at Hirafu area, just picked up some rented gear from across the street. Food is great too but service is slow.

We went there today around noon, there were empty table for two next to window but waitress refuse to let us be seated for no reason and led us to shared table with another 4 ppl. Order for the ishikari hotpot but def. not as what indicated on the niseko area guide. Price were almost doubled. We seated for 10mins with no menu given, and the ppl shared the same table were long waiting for the other lunch set... while waiting for the raw hot potfuls with food to arrive, we Tried to order beer since green tea in this place charge u 400¥?!?; and beer during lunch, only draft Sapporo while they have a full service bar fill with all other type of drinks.... I think they try to clear out the draft Sapporo which taste like water...another 20 mins of waiting for a pre prep hotpot?! We almost left since beer were finished and have to remind the waitress there should be an hot pot coming. After all, pricy, not worth of the money, and if u wanna finishing off with smelly clothes, u can give a try. But I rather go to 7 -11 just around the corner or try something else! A bu cha used to be good several yrs back, def. not now. Very disappointed !
