Great mix of cold soba and hot chicken with egg! Very special meal Delighted sitting in a pillow like old Japanese style. Great experience overall!

Since the soba wasn't green, I wasn't expecting much, but… It's incredibly delicious. Especially the zangi. The soba is delicious too. I'd like to come regularly. But the female staff were chatting with each other, and I wished they'd at least refill my water. For the takeaway zangi bags, I'd like them to at least use something with handles, like a shopping bag.

Visited 2020.08.23. Went in on Friday outside the usual lunchtime. The building is long and narrow, considerably more spacious than I imagined, with more seats than expected. The spacing between tables may be a little tight, though. The parking lot probably has room for 3〜4 cars. I think the menu is fairly extensive. I had かしわセイロ. It contained chopped shiitake mushrooms. The broth also smelled of shiitake, so people who dislike them may need to be careful. There was also something long and thin resembling bamboo shoots. I don't dislike shiitake or bamboo shoots, but mature chicken meat and long green onions would have been enough for me.

A soba shop near 釧路 City Hall. It's one of the few shops in 釧路 whose noodles aren't green. The soba is close to sarashina, and on my first visit I ordered ごぼうカシワ蕎麦. I enjoyed it with a warm broth rich in mature-chicken stock. This shop has zangi, a local 釧路 specialty, on the menu, along with ザンギ蕎麦 (2 kinds: oroshi and onsen egg), which you don't see in other regions. Quite a few customers eat ザンギ蕎麦 with zangi topping their bowl of soba. I think I might try it on my next visit. (Though I probably won't order it.)

Step inside, and the rich aroma of broth tickles your nose, instantly bringing anticipation to its peak. The soba served here continues to captivate busy businesspeople and local customers with its delicate, smooth texture and unmistakable umami. The lunchtime bustle is surely undeniable proof of its quality. Being in an urban area, parking is extremely limited, but this place is supported by fans who want to visit even if they have to walk. With a little ingenuity, such as making smart use of nearby paid parking, the joy of discovering this blissful bowl is sure to become an irreplaceable treat for yourself.
