Great Sapporo style Ramen! Very authentic and cozy eatery!
View on GoogleThe amount was very generous and it tasted really yummy.
View on GoogleIf you can handle spicy food, I recommend the umami miso (slightly spicy to super spicy)✨️ It's spicier than at other shops, so ⚠️ I think their 'very spicy' is about the same as Yamaokaya's Ultra Super Spicy (※just my personal impression) If you love super spicy food, they can make it even hotter than super spicy😁 I had 5x MAX super spicy, but there was none of the bitterness typical of super spicy food, so it was still delicious😋
View on GoogleA shop I'd only been to once, a long time ago, when a friend invited me saying it was good I went back for the first time in a while with my partner, who isn't particular about Kushiro ramen. Shoyu ramen Still delicious. A Sapporo ramen that even I, a Kushiro ramen fan, think is good. Bean sprouts are a Sapporo ramen staple, but personally I'd be fine with a bit fewer. Among the Sapporo ramen in Kushiro city, I think it's the easiest to eat. The soup isn't greasy, yet it has proper richness, and the noodles suit this soup. This thickness is the best They're medium-thick noodles but lean toward thin, and they went down smoothly. Miso ramen I like that the miso isn't too sweet. A clean taste Not heavy Recommended for people who want Sapporo ramen but don't care for the Junsui or Sumire style. Maybe Horyu style? The open kitchen is very clean; maybe it's out of consideration not to show or keep anything unnecessary, but it feels hygienic. If the flavors differ, the ramen is made one bowl at a time in order of arrival, so when the two of us ordered different flavors, they came out at different times. Mostly solo diners and pairs, and it's crowded at midday. It's a small shop with no tatami seating, just a counter and two tables for two. Not suitable for families with children
View on GoogleIt was a very delicious miso ramen. I'd like to come eat it again. Thank you for the meal.
