Ordered the medium-size Chu-Tamashii, soy sauce! Even the medium is like a large, there's quite a lot! The flavor is on the strong side, but since the noodles are thick, you might go “hmm?”. It's tasty, but the flavors feel all over the place. If it came together a bit more..., oh, and the garlic powder provided at the table is a bit sad,,, fresh would make me happy!

Went for the first time, the three of us—my mom, my boyfriend, and me. The meal-ticket machine is between the shop entrance and the door to the seating area, and I thought, when it's busy like at lunchtime, you can't really take your time deciding, can you? Personally, I'd like to take my time choosing while looking at a menu. When I ordered the salt ramen called Dai-Tamashii? or something, it came with a mountain of vegetables and grated garlic on top. At lunchtime, weekdays only until 3 p.m., there are sets with ramen, gyoza, fried rice, and so on. There are lots of ramen varieties, like oyster ramen and tonkotsu. Seating includes the counter, a raised tatami area, and one booth like the multi-person seats at a family restaurant.

Dai-Tamashii Ramen, soy sauce. I took on the challenge. Five slices of chashu, and it seems you can choose the types. For now I went with 3 belly, 2 loin. So many vegetables. The noodles take forever to show up. Oh, the noodles—chewy, thick noodles. Love it ^_^ Not like Kushiro ramen, but this kind of ramen is nice once in a while! If you eat this for lunch, you won't need dinner lol

Had the weekday-only Kushiro ramen 🍜 soy sauce lunch 😋😋😋 The soup clinging to the medium-thick noodles is nice. 😄😄😄 Kushiro ramen's lightness—it was lighter than it looked. It was delicious. 😋😋😋

They have a wide range, from rich to light! Highly recommended for going with family. Among them, the signature Tamashii Ramen uses thick noodles, which are relatively rare in Kushiro. Closes around 6 p.m.
