The staff are very kind and friendly. They are especially attentive to female customers, even asking if you need paper aprons or hair ties. While ramen shops tend to have more male customers, but you won't feel self-conscious dining alone as a woman. This time I ordered the classic soy sauce ramen. The broth had a deep flavor without being greasy, and the subtle hint of yuzu added a refreshing accent, making it easy to enjoy.
View on GoogleThe staff were very friendly and tried their best to speak and explain everything to me in English! It was much appreciated! The soy sauce abura soba (油そば) was delicious!! The food came out quickly, and it was a spacious ramen restaurant.

View on GoogleI went to the hugely popular "Menya Musou" in Kushiro. Personally, I think it's among the highest-quality ramen shops in Kushiro. This time I finally visited to try the morning ramen I'd long wanted. The morning-only tsukemen has a light, broth-forward flavor, and it's a perfect finish that doesn't feel heavy at all even in the morning. The noodles went down smoothly too, and it was very delicious. My friend ordered the "spicy miso ramen" and the regular "tsukemen". In contrast to the morning ramen, this had a punchy, rich and deep flavor! The umami of the soup was very strong and clung well to the thick noodles, making it an amazingly delicious bowl. From the light, refreshing morning ramen to the addictively rich regular menu, you can't go wrong with anything you order. The beautifully arranged toppings are appetizing too. If you want delicious ramen or tsukemen in Kushiro, this is a famous shop you absolutely can't miss. I'll be back!
