Shio ramen with a gentle flavor like the owner. If it were nearby, I'd want to drop in on a whim. It feels like everyday soup. There's no air conditioning; in summer it's just open windows and a fan, so it's hotter than outside. It was probably over 30℃ inside. And shio ramen for replenishing salt. Ramen with mochi seems like it should exist but actually doesn't.
View on GoogleThe ramen is light, so you can eat it even if you're not hungry. Dango were on sale, and I bought some for dessert. The mochi is delicious too. I'd love to stop by again when I come to Kushiro.
View on GoogleVisited on 2023/10/04 I had the mochi ramen, shoyu. It's a mochi shop, but you can eat ramen too. I'm not a local, so it might be a shop I'd never have noticed if I hadn't searched on Google. Thin noodles and a light soup. Just what you'd expect of Kushiro ramen. It might be unsatisfying for people who like rich flavors, but I found it very delicious. Of course the mochi is soft and delicious too.
View on GoogleFirst visit on November 30, Reiwa 6 It was the last sale of the year for mame daifuku, so the shop was crowded and I bought some to take out too The mochi ramen (shoyu) had a gentle flavor, and I enjoyed it with the "mackerel garlic powder" on the table
View on GoogleI had the mochi ramen (shoyu). A Kushiro ramen with a light, simple flavor. It uses noodles from Manshuya Seimenjo. The mochi was of course delicious too.
