A place my mom, who's on dialysis, is so grateful for! She was moved, saying she can eat the 1% salt ramen without worry ✨ It's a light ramen and the broth is delicious! I've been coming here for over 10 years!!
View on GoogleMy first time here The ticket machine was a bit confusing, or rather I couldn't find a simple miso ramen so I went with shoyu ramen. Apparently they're very particular about both the soup and the noodles, and it had a healthy-feeling taste I hadn't had in a while, very delicious. The interior feels clean Even the counter is roomy I want to come again
View on GoogleFirst visit on January 3, 2021. I'd heard it was 'delicious' for a while, but the timing never worked out, and I finally made it in. I played it safe and chose the shoyu ramen. The seafood-based dashi was rich and delicious. My partner said the miso flavor was mild. Ordering is by meal ticket, so it was a shame I didn't have the leeway to choose slowly with the next customers in mind. It seems there are several types of noodles you can choose from. The shop was new and felt clean. The bancha tea service that comes without you asking is nice.
View on GoogleThe interior has lots of windows and a nice bright atmosphere. Families can relax in the raised tatami area, and people like me having lunch alone can eat quickly at the counter. I had the shoyu ramen and gyoza. This shop has detailed explanation sheets, so reading them while you wait gets you curious about what to try next. Just as the explanation says, the clear soup, carefully prepared and delicately seasoned, and the thin noodles feel like something you can enjoy regardless of your physical condition or the weather. Next time I'd like to enjoy some of their other arranged menu items.
View on GoogleRevisit.. As in the owner's comment, the ticket machine had been moved and was easier to buy from than before. I couldn't find fried rice (regular portion) on the ticket machine, so this time I ordered half fried rice. It was really delicious, so I added a takeout order from my seat. My kid also said the clam ramen was delicious. The clams this time had a bit too much sand, though (^_^;) I'll come eat again (^ー^). R4.1.9 We ordered the clam salt, the ginger miso bean sprout, the classic salt ramen, and the Mugen Gyoza. We enjoyed everything ☺️ There's a menu next to the ticket machine, but if you could also place (post) one at the entrance, people could choose while waiting, buy smoothly, and avoid crowding. Next time I'd like to try the fried rice and the weekday lunchtime set. Thank you for the meal ☺️
