A long-established diner in Kushiro that's apparently been in business for over 40 years. The menu is extensive, with a lineup of over 30 items across ramen, spaghetti, and rice dishes, plus a good selection of value set menus. The interior is spacious, with about 40 seats including counter and raised tatami seating. There's a 20-car parking lot behind the shop, and you can also enter through the back door. The shoyu ramen I had was light, but the soup was a bit rich for Kushiro, and it was a nostalgic, delicious ramen that went well with the ultra-thin curly noodles.
View on GoogleNostalgic Kushiro ramen. I had the shoyu ramen. Thin noodles and a light soup with a strong soy sauce kick! I really like it~. Personally.
View on GoogleWent after a long time, about ten years I think~😁 It's a light ramen but the flavor is rich and it was tasty~ At one point the taste changed and I stopped going, but it's old-school ramen~ I just found out for the first time that they also do yakiniku, sorry. When I asked my buddies, they said it's good. I hope this long-established shop keeps going strong~
View on GoogleA friend who used to live in Kushiro kept telling me, Ginryu's ramen is delicious~♪ so I finally made my first visit. I dropped by at lunchtime on a Sunday. Behind the shop, which faces the national highway, there's a large parking lot. Even I, a bad driver, could park with room to spare, OK! Right away, let's go inside. An interior where you can feel the shop's history, an atmosphere full of character. A few groups were already there. I found one of several private rooms free and took a seat. Took a look at the menu. I ordered the hiyashi (cold) ramen, and my companion ordered the shoyu ramen. The tables in the private tatami rooms are yakiniku-style with a grill in the middle. I want to come back and try the yakiniku next time! I was thinking that when the ramen arrived. Both the shoyu ramen and hiyashi ramen have the thin noodles that say "Kushiro!" The hiyashi ramen is the type where you add the sauce afterward, adjusting the amount to your taste. Loaded with toppings, so piled high you can't see the noodles at first. When I excitedly dipped my chopsticks in, glossy thin noodles with a nice chew peeked out. There's a fairly big piece of ice in the middle, so the hiyashi ramen stays cold to the very end. I hear Kushiro had a hot summer this year too. The best hiyashi ramen to eat on a hot summer afternoon. It was delicious~♪ Thank you for the meal!
View on GoogleI used to order delivery from here a lot (they don't seem to do delivery now), and this was my first time eating at the shop. The dining floor has only counter seats; the rest is raised tatami seating. The menu is varied: ramen, rice bowls, set menus, and more. The taste is good, but it had changed from when I used to eat it. Whether it's my sense of taste changing with age or the shop changing, I don't know... It seems cashless payment is available too. The parking lot is spacious as well.
