A café I found while wondering if there was anywhere to take a break in Hoshigaura. I had the ACC Yuhi Blend brewed by the master, as iced coffee. The coffee was light and easy to drink, 400 yen a cup. The master said the only food they serve is dry curry, and since it was reasonably priced at 600 yen a plate, I added an order. There were raisins on top of the dry curry, but they weren't off-putting at all, so I finished it in no time. Now there's one more café on my list to revisit. Also, they were serving waffles for dessert, so I plan to order those next time.

I got to try a trial smoothie and it was very delicious. The slight tartness and the sweetness of the banana were just right—a refreshing taste perfect for summer. When it becomes a menu item I'd like to drink it again. The tea and waffles were delicious too, so next time I'd like to enjoy a waffle on its own.

The owner has a nice vibe, and the coffee isn't made in advance—it's made from water every single time, so you can really feel the dedication. The waffle having a slight saltiness as a secret ingredient was novel.
