I arrived 5 minutes before opening and there were already 5 groups waiting. I was able to get a seat, but after that many more people came and it quickly turned into a wait. The photos are the shrimp paitan noodles and the yamawasabi rice. I don't usually eat shrimp soup or paitan much, but I chose it because it seemed to be the shop's top recommended menu. This was delicious~ I'd like to go again.

A friend who used to live in Kushiro told me about this place, and I came all the way from Sapporo to eat here. I chose the "Shrimp Paitan Noodles (with spicy shrimp miso topping)" and the "Tororo Gyutoro Rice". Actually, I didn't choose them myself; (probably) my wife chose everything (sweat). Anyway, the ramen that came out felt a bit unfamiliar. I'm a born-and-raised Sapporo person, so to me ramen = Sapporo miso ramen. So the moment I saw it, I thought, there's a lot going on in this bowl... Also, since I ordered the shrimp, I thought the soup would be all shrimp like Sapporo's shrimp ramen "Ichigen", but it was more of a shrimp-flavored soup. And the chashu was really big. When I picked it up, I was amazed! The chashu was super thick, a full 1 cm thick. And it was so tender it cut easily with chopsticks! The noodles were medium-thick straight noodles. Sapporo ramen uses medium-thick curly noodles, so this was unfamiliar too. But when I ate it, everything was in harmony and delicious. I thought this was a bowl that was complete in its own right.

I had the rich shrimp paitan ramen. The shop has parking for 6–8 cars, and the inside is full with 10–12 people. The interior is bright and clean, and the staff constantly call out to customers as they serve them. Perhaps because each bowl of ramen is stir-fried in a pan one at a time, it takes just under 10 minutes to be served. You can choose the flavor of the shrimp paitan, and I went with the recommended spicy miso. I had imagined the spicy miso would overpower the flavor of the whole soup, but I could enjoy the ramen with the spicy miso while still tasting the rich shrimp soup. I went at 6 p.m. on a weekday and was seated right away, but 7–8 people came in all at once afterward, so it really is a popular shop.

It really is the 【No. 1 Ramen in Kushiro】 (^^)v Revisited in January 2025 after a long time! The ramen went up by about 50 yen, but the amazingly cheap set mini-bowl kept its price! Wonderful ＼(^^)／ As always, the "Shrimp Paitan Noodles" 950 yen + 150 yen rice (white rice or 1 topping) → 50 yen! Wow, so delicious~ (ﾟωﾟ) However, nobody ever picks up the phone here, and there are temporary closures too, so I came for nothing a few times. I ordered the "Shrimp Paitan Noodles" 900 yen! ※You can seemingly choose a free topping (shrimp miso, spicy shrimp miso, ginger), and I went with the recommended "spicy shrimp miso"! Also there was a【limited service from 11:00 to 13:00】 ・150 yen rice (white rice or 1 topping) → 50 yen! ・200 yen rice (2 toppings) → 100 yen! A great deal! + I ordered "50 yen rice with beef toro flakes" (^-^)/ ※This series of rice toppings (with photos) had so many options that I couldn't decide, so I chose the recommended one! First of all, the ramen looks beautiful! The shrimp aroma is irresistible! The noodles were chewy, a kind I hadn't really eaten before, but they were addictively good (￣□￣;)!! The soup was delicious too and I drank it all! ※If you dissolve the spicy shrimp miso topping, you can enjoy a different taste, which is the best! Oh, and the chashu was so good too... I think it's rare to find a ramen this well-made! I should have gotten the large portion of ramen~ lol ※Water is served in "paper cups" which is hygienic, and paper aprons are always provided, which earns high marks!
