The medium-thick, curly egg noodles are smooth, chewy, and springy. They pair perfectly with the clear broth made from pork bones and seafood! Another feature is the high proportion of local customers and female fans. The kimchi ramen is popular too, but once you try the spicy miso or salt ramen, you won't be able to go back to ordinary miso or salt ramen for a while. Many regulars stick exclusively to salt or soy sauce ramen

I first ate here at the end of Heisei 5. I had the kimchi ramen. The gochujang-flavored soup pairs perfectly with the curly egg noodles. There's also a generous selection of toppings: rich-flavored kimchi, tender chashu, long green onions, bean sprouts, menma, and a boiled egg (half). I've been hooked ever since and eat it regularly. Of course, the other ramen varieties, such as miso, salt, and soy sauce, are excellent too. Hideki Kuriyama, the former Nippon-Ham manager who lives in Kuriyama, apparently comes here as well and often orders salt ramen and gyoza.

I enjoyed the kimchi ramen (miso-based). I was planning a drive with the sequence hot spring (ユンニの湯) → ramen → dessert. Originally I'd planned to go to ラーメンきらら in Nanporo, but unfortunately it was closed, so I chose 龍覚. The flavor was neither too light nor too strong, with a spicy kick that made my forehead sweat a little as I ate. There was only a small amount of kimchi on top, but the soup, noodles, and chashu were delicious. Still, the price was a little high (1,150円)

I visited while staying in Hokkaido for a few days. I ate ramen several times at the airport and around town, but this restaurant was by far the most delicious of the places I visited this time. The airport restaurants were crowded, but somehow felt a little off… Anyway, the miso ramen here. Rich, savory soup even without butter, with medium-thick curly noodles. I ordered a large portion but finished it in no time. Very well worth 1,050円. I was more than satisfied without ordering any sides. The one disappointment was the chashu. It was a little dry, which wasn't quite to my taste. But overall I was satisfied✨

Today I was out for a drive and happened to pass the restaurant right around lunchtime, so I stopped in! Being the weekend, it was crowded inside. Looking at the menu, I ordered negi kimchi ramen (1150円) with a chashu topping (300円)❕ It arrived. First I took a sip of the soup: a bright red broth with lots of ichimi chili powder floating on top. The kimchi's sweetness, the chili's heat, and the tartness rushed into my mouth. The more I ate, the more the garlic came through too, an addictively spicy flavor❕ The green onions and chili clung to the noodles, making them twice as delicious. The chashu was thinly sliced but had a satisfying chew, and together with the soup it was delicious right to the end. Another delicious meal today😋🍴💕❕

龍覚. On the outskirts of Kuriyama, diagonally across the road is a certain famous ramen shop, and that day too, customers were lining up outside it. This restaurant wasn't busy enough for a queue, but it was lunchtime, so customers kept coming in. That day I ordered green onion soy sauce ramen with a chashu topping and rice, ¥1,450. The bowl arrived in under 5 minutes. The soup was clear and tasted very light. I think they serve old-fashioned ramen without trying anything gimmicky. Apparently local hero manager Kuriyama often visits too. I'd like to return when I want a light ramen. Thanks for the meal.
