Truly incredible pizza and pasta, prepared masterfully with expert presentation. This place has a great location, wonderful decor and endless class - but somehow the price is unbelievably cheap. A hidden gem for sure. If you're reading this and hungry for Italian, plan a dinner here sooner rather than later. We had the quatro fromaggi pizza and spaghetti; nothing short of perfection.

An outstanding Italian restaurant I'd love to visit regularly from 札幌🌰🇮🇹 The concept is Italian cuisine using 空知 wines and ingredients from 栗山町. However, alcohol isn't my thing, so I came entirely for the food. (My husband had the house wine🍷.) We had the @7,700円 course (tax included). It was really, really delicious!! Even though the ingredients were familiar, every flavor was something I'd never tasted before, which was amazing👨🏻‍🌾👨🏻‍🍳 The service was wonderful too, and we enjoyed a special time without feeling stiff or formal. Thank you for warmly welcoming a little nobody who can't drink wine. I want to keep coming here forever!! (The bread is outrageously delicious, so everyone will definitely want seconds. Go hungry🙂‍↕️.)

This was my first visit since the pricing system changed. The previous lunch deal was too cheap. I had the 5500円 course. As always, every single dish was prepared with great care, and all were outstanding. They served it slowly over 2 hours, like French cuisine, but nothing became tiresome. The lively conversation from S, the sommelier, added color to the meal too. It was an extremely satisfying lunch. I think @5500円 for this is a bargain. It would probably cost 1.5 times as much in 札幌 and 2 times as much in 東京. It's well worth taking the time to travel from 札幌. 栗山 has a very high standard of dining, but I think アンド・アム is among the very best. Thank you for the meal. Thank you.

I learned about this place through ポロコ and visited in a group of 3 with friends. On entering, you pass through an area where you change from shoes into slippers before going into the restaurant. The interior has high ceilings, very generously spaced tables, and a clean, predominantly white setting. The staff are friendly, and if they're not busy, you could probably enjoy chatting with them. The prices are neither high nor low. However, one drink per person is required. This time we ordered the evening pasta set. In fact, the pasta main can be replaced with pizza. Every dish served was delicious. The bread was so good that my friend wanted to buy some separately. We enjoyed our time from beginning to end without any lull. It's certainly not close to 札幌, but I think it's suitable for various occasions, including casual dates for adults. Apparently you can also eat on the outdoor terrace at lunchtime in summer, so do give it a try . We experienced a coincidence with seemingly miraculous odds involving the birth flower printed on the sugar syrup for the after-meal drink. November 2019 Back again. This time too, the course meal was colorful.

My first visit, for lunch. It's a little under 10 minutes by car from 栗山 Station. We enjoyed both the stylish interior with its sweeping views and the delicious food. We had the lunch course, sharing pizza and pasta; the quality of the soup and appetizers surprised us, and both the pizza and pasta were very delicious. The final dessert looked and tasted great, leaving us very satisfied. The blood orange drink was rich and very delicious too. The service was good as well. Next time we'll come for dinner with alcohol.
