Go past the dam and up a steep hill to reach the observation deck parking lot overlooking the dam. It's quite spacious and paved. It probably plays an explanation of the dam or something, but the switch didn't respond no matter how many times I pressed it. A shame.

An incredible hidden spot with spectacular views! The dam's massive facilities are overwhelming, too. The observation deck has an audio button that looks like a detonator switch (it was broken), and even pressing it was fun😂 I think the dam's information sign is also the biggest sign in Kiyosato🤣

It's an observation deck overlooking the dam. The outlook is very open and the view is fantastic! There were old bear droppings that had been there for a while, so stay alert if you go, haha.

The scenery is very nice. It's a hidden spot with hardly anyone around. There's parking, and pressing a button plays a message explaining Midori Dam, so in this empty space you can feel like you have the scenery all to yourself.

A very hidden spot with spectacular views. The road is paved, but when I came before I couldn't reach it because of a fallen tree. It was a shame I couldn't hear the audio guide; perhaps it was broken.
