The pot-marinated sagari was especially delicious! 北見ホルモン was reasonably priced, and the tenderness of the meat stood out. The flavors were quite strong overall, so the kimchi might have been better with slightly lighter seasoning.

I got in without a reservation on my first visit, but it feels like reservations are needed. They said it had been renovated for their 4th anniversary, and the interior was extremely clean and wonderfully comfortable. There were moments when things seemed a bit hectic, including the operations, but the meat they served was simply delicious. I'll find some time to visit again!

The interior is clean, and you can enjoy yakiniku at a relaxed pace. Compared with restaurants in Kitami's fiercely competitive yakiniku area, the flavor may be a little more restrained, but it was still very tasty. I had the C lunch for 1000円. There's also a slightly cheaper ladies' lunch menu with dessert and half the meat. The meat looked plentiful. The chicken was chewy, like gizzards I couldn't handle the smell of the pork offal, but the taste was okay. The beef sagari looked promising, but it seemed to have no meaty flavor at all.
