I recently dined at this establishment and was thoroughly impressed. The service was attentive and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotate was so fresh, delicious, and expertly prepared dishes. I especially enjoyed the unique flavor combinations. I also wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the owner for sending my daughter's lost earphone to sapporo the next day I called. I was so relieved to get it back, and I really appreciate your kindness. Your restaurant clearly values its customers, and I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend this establishment to everyone!

Scallops was fresh and sweet. Ordered the rice bowl and it was the best scallop sashimi I have ever tested. Highly recommend it to give it a try.

Reasonably priced, good menu selection, free ocha and water. Found the place by chance and love it. Cash only.

Scallop set meal: 2500 yen raw scallop bowl: 1500 yen can give the highly raved scallop set meal a miss because the raw scallops shrine through by a mile. Caution: the scallops here are nice and firm but are severely lacking in sweetness. Would give 4 stars overall but I waited over an hour when i entered the restaurant at 1pm. There seems to be a lot of dining areas but only 1 chef at work. The centralisation of culinary expertise makes sense for quality control but at the expense of the long waiting times, it is your choice to pick.

I had the scallop, ikura, and uni don (6/10), which was ¥2900 (the price changes depending on availability). The scallops are really fresh and great, but the uni wasn’t very fresh—I would have ordered more scallops instead.
