Nigiri sushi (3rd one on the menu) was great!

Great taste forever with Umeshu drinking

I wanted to visit a sushi restaurant near my accommodation in the evening, so I made a reservation! The sushi toppings were exceptionally fresh. Everything was caught in the Sea of Okhotsk. The top-grade set and a cut section of squid tentacles. I ordered extra tamago. For the first time, I learned that the large hirame-like fish is ohyo. I hope I can go once more before I die. The toppings have a different color. Such a high standard!! Hokkigai, taraba, botan ebi, uni, ikura, ohyo, toro, ikura, the geso section without the legs in sweet sauce, gari, agari. Everything made me murmur with delight.

For sashimi, I ordered scallops, sweet shrimp, and mantis shrimp. Enjoying sushi, sashimi, and drinks while chatting leisurely at the counter. The appetizer and clear soup were delicious too.
