For Jiro-style ramen, I think it is light and easy to eat. However, the size of the chashu topping differs depending on whether the cook is a man or a woman. With the woman, there was 1 whole slice, but with the man it was cut smaller, which was disappointing. It tastes good, and the chashu goes well with rice, so I like it.

Pork ramen 900円 Extra vegetables Free Extra garlic Free I ordered pork ramen with extra vegetables and garlic🍜 It was my first time and I did not know the portion size, so I skipped the large size and tried extra vegetables and garlic first (lol). It is topped with huge chashu, lots of vegetables, garlic, and fat. The chashu is big and thick, neither hard nor soft, and tender enough to cut with chopsticks🥢 The vegetables are probably bean sprouts and cabbage!? Since I asked for extra, there was so much that it hardly seemed to decrease as I ate (lol). The thick noodles were satisfying, and the soy sauce broth was lighter than I expected!? As for the garlic… I do not know, but perhaps they put it in a blender after taking the order…!? The smell, pungency, and texture were indescribably delicious💕🤤 I am glad I did not get the large size💦 I was stuffed and somehow finished it💕ꉂ🤣www ※If you are going to be around people, I recommend leaving out the garlic (lol).

My first visit. Since it was at the top of the menu, I ordered miso pork ramen, but was told that pork ramen only comes in soy sauce flavor. The large chashu was delicious and the broth was to my taste, but the noodles were too thick for me. Just like udon. The menu clearly said thick noodles, so I had absolutely no grounds to complain, but I envied the normal-thickness ramen the person beside me was eating (lol). The onion gyoza also caught my interest, so I think I will visit once more.

My first visit to ななしぐれ. Opened in 2020/August. I ordered pork ramen with extra fat. Jiro-style. The richness and fluffy texture of the fat are good enough to make me crave it regularly. I found myself blissfully absorbed while eating. The broth is neither too weak nor too strong (you can request stronger seasoning), with just the right balance to keep it from getting boring○ Because the noodles are thick (thin noodles are also available), boiling takes a little time, but they hold the broth well, and the chashu is thick and satisfying! Personally, this place was a real hit! 【※If you worry about garlic breath, eating cut apples sold at convenience stores as dessert after the meal can reduce it quite a lot.】 Update: Added a photo with extra-extra fat.

It was not crowded, probably because it was a weekday. I ordered soy sauce ramen, and it was very delicious. I would like to visit again.
