Perfect experience
View on GoogleMy mother and I had the kaiseki lunch (3,300円/person). We were shown to a lovely private room, a space where we could relax. (It feels like being at a ryokan) The kaiseki meal looked very colorful, and the small portions arranged in many little bowls made it very easy to eat. The dishes were different from my mother's previous visit, so the contents seemed to change each time depending on the ingredients available. The portion size was just right, and we enjoyed everything to the end. The complimentary hot tea was a nice touch too. I'd like to visit again with my family!
View on GoogleA Japanese kappo restaurant with 1 Michelin star in Kitami. The private rooms make it suitable for a quiet meal. I had the lunch priced at 2860円 including tax. Sashimi, grilled dishes, tempura, simmered dishes, etc. Lots of dishes were beautifully arranged, making them a pleasure to look at too. It's not cheap for lunch, but I think it offers excellent value. Refined, but not too intimidating. Even an ordinary person like me can feel comfortable visiting. It was delicious.
View on GoogleThe only one-Michelin-star restaurant in Kitami, eastern Hokkaido. Unassuming, yet so delicious it makes you nod nonstop, much like the chef's sweet, slightly shy smile. My 12th Michelin-starred restaurant in Japan checked off. Thank you to the 16 members of the foodie group for sharing this gathering. #小虎吃貨團北海道道東破冰船、世界遺產、米其林七日之旅 靠生活 繫日之旅 #JetFimobile桔豐科技 #eSIMAPPWifi機全方位漫遊服務
View on GoogleThe building was very impressive right from the entrance. I enjoyed a very delicious course meal. The beer and highballs were delicious too. The building has character, the snowy view from the room's window was lovely, and the private rooms make it good for entertaining business guests. The service was faultless too. We could order additional drinks from the room using the landline's internal extension. It certainly lives up to its Michelin star. On the way out, furikake was being sold, apparently also for charity. I considered buying it but didn't. I thought more people would buy it if they tried it with the rice at the end of the meal and found it delicious.
