Maji Favori: An American style restaurant serving Japanese comfort food. The owner welcomed me in even though he didn’t speak any English. He made me feel very welcomed! Luckily his sister in law who was also working there spoke English fluently. The conversations were great which made for a fantastic experience. The food was delicious! I chose the chicken karagi and master added a free bowl with Horumon. Delicious! I’ll be back real soon for his beer nights.

The zangi here seems addictive; once you eat it, you want it regularly (lol). Truly delicious. The sweet-sauce zangi bento is especially outstanding. The burgers are so filling you don't even need sides. The middle wing sections are good with rice or as drinking snacks◯ If you haven't tried it yet, I'd really like you to go at least once.

This restaurant mainly serves zangi, but I tried something called dashi chazuke ramen. Overall, the ramen was mildly seasoned, and the noodles had a somewhat nostalgic flavor, but it was ordinary. I guess I'd recommend the zangi rather than the ramen after all.

I bought from their food truck. Honki burger and karaage. Though they call it karaage, it's a leg piece, so its shape is very much like fried chicken. The bun is a little thin and flimsy compared with the burger's diameter and the size of the meat. Basically, the meat is thoroughly fried, to the point of being slightly charred. A hard, crackly texture. But it's fragrant and strongly flavored, and personally I don't dislike it. I don't think the meat inside had become completely tough. And is that canned Fanta for food-service businesses? An unusual design.
