Absolutely the best dinner in Kitami! 🥰 The fresh lamb at Hitsuji-ya is incredibly tender and bouncy. I was blown away by how the seasoning brings out so many different layers of flavor. We tried four different cuts of Hokkaido lamb—the marbling was perfect, and the aroma was just heavenly. Also, don't skip the grilled veggies! They’re so sweet and juicy, providing a refreshing balance to the rich meat. A must-visit!
