Disappointed ×10 The noodles were broken up far too much and short I've visited several times and always ordered tensoba Since the soba itself was genuinely delicious, I'd made up my mind to order a large portion next time so I could enjoy the soba on its own Something felt off from the way it looked when it arrived The noodles were clearly broken into little pieces With all those years of experience, the owner himself must certainly have noticed the instant he checked how they looked after boiling Under the circumstances of a Sunday, I caught a glimpse of an attitude that this was good enough But the service, efficiency, thoughtfulness, and smiles of the women working the dining room deserve a perfect 120❗️ That makes it all the more disappointing Stars? Taking into account all their hard work up to now, 1
View on GoogleA soba restaurant that's always busy, with lots of cars. Finally got in. A clean exterior & interior. The staff's service is excellent too. The prices are somewhat high, but it's delicious. Had ebi ten seiro and ebi tamago tendon. The tempura is crispy. The cold soba is delicious too. The soba dipping sauce suits my taste. The complimentary shiso soba tea is tasty too.
View on GoogleVisited around 11:30 on a weekday. I think there were 3 parties before us and 3 after us. The restaurant was spacious, and we were seated right away. I had the kashiwa stamina don set with cold soba. The kashiwa stamina don was more tender than expected, and the sauce had just the right saltiness. The soba had a firm bite and a nice aroma, and I really liked it. Next time I'd like to try the torikawa tamago don, which I was also considering.
View on GoogleA wide selection of set meals, like a chain restaurant. I ordered the butadon and cold soba set. The soba is the Sarashina style and goes down smoothly. The butadon is coated in a delicious sauce too. I think choosing just seiro might be fine, but the set menu captures my heart when I look at it.
View on GoogleThe thin soba may divide tastes. This time I had it as seiro. The strong broth matches the soba nicely. The soba dishes with tempura might be a good choice. It's delicious😋.
