Superb sushi with the chef preparing the sushi in front of guests. Big variety of fish to select
View on GoogleKaiten Sushi Sealand near ES CON FIELD🐟️🍣 They have conveyor-belt equipment, but it wasn't running. There are 2 sushi chefs in the middle, making each piece individually. Many of the toppings are aged with a moist, tender texture, and they're thickly sliced, so you chew well and feel full after just a few plates☺️ Simple, classic sushi with absolutely no flashy visual elements, and it was very delicious✨️
View on GoogleStopped in for lunch while walking from the station to ES CON. My 2nd visit. On the previous visit, I remember the first hokke sushi of my life being incredibly delicious. This time I came for raw saba, also a first for me. Honestly, the exterior might not make it look like a particularly delicious place (sorry), but Hokkaido has neighborhood conveyor-belt sushi shops everywhere, much like neighborhood Chinese restaurants, and I think the slightly old-looking ones are usually delicious. They've managed to stay in business there for a long time. Also, places like these usually still have the conveyor belt, but no plates are circulating. Besides raw saba, I had hokki, tsubu, and others, totaling 7 plates for about 2400 yen. That's 14 pieces, so considering the toppings, it's reasonably priced. I was fairly full too. I deducted one ☆ because the sushi rice was a little drier and more crumbly than on my first visit. I'm looking forward to better next time.
View on GoogleA good place serving quite high-quality sushi among the inexpensive options. It's very fairly priced, letting you keep eating without worrying much about the cost.
View on GoogleVisited at lunchtime on Sunday. There were only 2 groups of customers, so it felt lonely and lacked energy. Two experienced-looking men were making the sushi. You write your order on paper and hand it over. When I split the disposable chopsticks, dust scattered everywhere, which surprised me💦 The sushi itself is delicious. The tuna isn't fishy and tastes great too! Perhaps the sushi is a little loosely formed. Both Ginjiro and Sealand show that Kitahiroshima's sushi standards are high. I'm impressed. I'd like to go again if I have the chance!
