This shop changed my image of venison. The chef's choice 3-kind platter is a very satisfying dish that lets you enjoy the differences between cuts of Ezo deer meat. There was little gamey smell, and the umami of the lean meat really came through, so it was delicious. The ossobuco is also a dish of slowly stewed venison shank, and it went very well with the richness of the tomato and wine. You can enjoy a side of venison's appeal that's different from steak. The shop's atmosphere is calm too, a lovely place where you can eat while feeling the nature of Kitahiroshima. I recommend it for game meat beginners as well.

You can enjoy venison at an affordable price. It's in a spot that makes you think, "Huh? Here?", but customers come nonstop, so I think it's best to visit a little off from lunchtime. Parking fits about 4 cars in front of the shop and about 6 at the back. You might wonder what venison is like, but there's no particular gaminess. Besides the meat, it comes with rice or bread, salad, soup, and dessert, and I thought the price was quite reasonable. Drinks are cheap too.

It was delicious. The portions are generally large. I don't think women could finish the recommended 3-cut tasting platter. The ichibo and the pizza are recommended too! I've been twice, and I'd like to go again soon (^^)

At first I didn't realize it was a venison restaurant, and only noticed after going in 😅 Venison is a healthy meat that's high in protein and low in calories. I was very satisfied to enjoy it so deliciously ♪ This time I had the rump steak set. Next I'd like to try the fillet steak~
