I was there in year 2019. Top quality and nice people. Warm atmosphere as well. Thank you.

This bakery is a Hokkaido jem and well worth the drive. Each loaf is a work of art, cooked in a french traditional woodfire oven using Japanese oak. The flour is stone ground from organic Hokkaido grains. It is only open on Saturday during the winter season but you can also visit their cafe that is close by “Sokeshu” that sells the bread most days. The owners are also the kindest people.

Excellent bread! - local ingredients, baked daily in a wood-fired oven. Friendly and honest, hardworking family running the operation. I stop every time I pass by.
