The restaurant was recommended by our hotel. We had two counter seats for dinner and were able to watch the chef prepare our dishes. We chose two starters and two pasta dishes. As a Swiss, Foodie and neighbour of Italy, I have some experience with Italian cuisine. The dishes were very authentic and cooked with a lot of love. The pasta was perfectly al dente and didn't float in the oil as is often the case in other places. Almost everything is cooked with local products. The owner and chef does everything himself and was very friendly and chatty. It was so delicious that we decided to come back the next day for lunch.

I made a lunch reservation and went on my way to Nukabira Onsen. Ordered the Lunch C set. It comes with the Chef's Feelings Set salad, daily pasta, dessert (pumpkin pudding), and coffee. Plus focaccia. Everything was delicious😊 You can choose from 2 daily pastas, and I was impressed by the attention to detail—the type? size? of pasta was different for each. Chicken and cabbage peperoncino: the saltiness was just right and the cabbage was tender—exquisite. The focaccia is recommended too. Definitely coming back!

Dessert was a white tiramisu It was rich Everything from the appetizer to dessert was delicious😊 It was comfortable, and I could enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace.
