A small local restaurant that served good quality ramen. The lemon ramen and shrimp dumplings is a must try.
View on GoogleGreat soup!
View on GoogleOpinions will be divided. It's very light and tastes rather bland. The soup is like a clear osuimono broth with a strong bonito flavor. I had the shio (salt) one, so I don't know how the miso or shoyu ones would taste. Visually, I think it's very good.
View on GoogleA ramen shop committed to no chemical seasonings; the noodles seem to be from 西山製麺; light impression, so opinions may be divided A few counter seats, a 4-person table, a 2-person table; the interior is on the small side so seats are fairly close together. Shared Wi-Fi of the Kamishihoro Town shopping street available. Good-value stamp card available. 2025/8 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 「Lemon ramen」 Lemon slices float on top and give the soup a refreshing aroma; the aftertaste is clean and I drank it all; the chashu is missing something, the egg is ordinary 「Shio ramen」 The umami of kombu and seafood is good; not getting thirsty after eating is typical of ramen without chemical seasonings; if I had to ask for more, it'd be even better if there were something to fix the lack of punch common to ramen without chemical seasonings 「Pan-fried gyoza」 Simple and nostalgic, goes well with chili oil and soy sauce
View on GoogleIs the shop a (so-called) container? It seems to be run by a husband and wife together Lunch only It takes a fair amount of time before the food comes out, but I got to enjoy delicious ramen Since it was my first visit, I ordered the spicy miso Taste: not the doubanjiang type; for me it was a spicy miso ramen with just the right kick of sansho pepper This is purely my personal impression, but I felt it was a spicy miso flavor extremely close to tantanmen If it had a sesame flavor, it'd be even more tantanmen-like But it went really well with the noodles I thought it was a dish perfected through trial and error Next time, lemon??? I'm curious The order is regular miso → shoyu → shio → lemon It was crowded at lunchtime They closed because the soup sold out (this time closed at 1:05) Seating: just 1 four-person table, lots of two-person tables, 6 tables? 2 counter seats
