We crossed the Sensui bridge over the Otofuke river, next to it are the ruins of the old railway bridge. There's enough space to park and walk to see it, the view is great!

There is parking by the roadside just before the bridge if you come from Nukabira. The bridge can be seen a,short walk from the car park.

Historical and beautiful place

Neat stop. Short break, but perfect for stretching your legs and enjoying a nice view.

Because 第三音更川橋梁 is within 元小屋ダム, there is no current, and on windless early mornings the water becomes perfectly calm like 糠平湖, reflecting the single arch into an eyeglass bridge. When the autumn foliage is reflected too, it is truly spectacular!
