A hybrid shop of a ramen shop, a soba shop, and other menu items. The doba soba was thick and firm and I enjoyed it. But I thought it was an unusual shop. A hybrid shop, now engraved in my memory.
View on GoogleThis is the main shop with branches in Kajicho and Minatocho in Hakodate. When the staff take your order, they ask "Is regular soba okay?" If you answer "Yes", you get this shop's unique, thick, chewy "doba soba". If you answer "No", you get so-called ordinary soba (called "sarashina soba" here), so you need to be careful. The broth is on the light side, letting you enjoy the aroma and flavor of the soba. I went on a Sunday after noon, and the large shop was full of people, so I had to wait for a seat. There are many raised tatami and horigotatsu seats, which is ideal for those with children. They also have Chinese food and yakiniku, a good shop.
View on GoogleWhite miso ramen. Satisfying with its classic deliciousness! I added green onion as a topping but it was all just the green parts, which was a shame. The doba soba was good too.
View on GoogleHuh? What kind of food shop is this? That was the impression from the storefront. There's only one entrance but several kinds of food shops are written on it. It's hard to explain (lol) The menu is extensive and the taste was good too, so it's totally fine.
View on GoogleI hardly tasted the soba. The texture was like Korean cold noodles. The staff are energetic and pleasant.
