An authentic Ramen stube full of locals - truly brilliant food. And I'm not usually a Ramen fan.

The miso ramen with a subtle kick of ginger is so good! First visit. I got the miso at the top of the menu. Iwamizawa has other shops with great miso ramen, but this is so good I can't pick a favorite! The biggish chashu is tasty too! Above all, the soup is delicious! Great balance with the noodles! It gets crowded depending on the time even on weekdays, so be careful. Turnover is pretty fast, I think.

First visit in a long time ✨ People have always said that when it comes to Iwamizawa ramen, this is the place! I'm happy I could come back ☺️ Given the time it wasn't crowded, but it can get busy depending on the time of day 🔥 The miso ramen, nostalgia bias included, is still delicious ✨ It was close to last order so I forgot to add the extra corn topping 😭😭 Next time I'll try not to forget lol
