I had a course meal at a restaurant in Iwamizawa, Hokkaido. The restaurant is located on the quieter side of Iwamizawa Station, in a residential area away from the busier part of town. It is not a very noticeable place from the outside, but after dining there, I felt that it is truly a hidden gem. Each dish in the course was carefully prepared, and I could clearly feel the chef’s dedication and attention to detail. Rather than being flashy, the meal had a calm and refined quality, with a strong focus on the ingredients and the balance of flavors. After the meal, I also enjoyed a cup of coffee, which was a nice way to finish the experience. I left feeling fully satisfied and energized before heading to my afternoon work. The restaurant is located in an area of Iwamizawa where there are not many other shops, but that makes it a quiet and relaxing place to enjoy a meal. I recommend making a reservation before visiting. If you are in Iwamizawa, this is definitely a place worth stopping by at least once.

I visited without a reservation, but since it was a weekday, I was able to eat. Whenever I come, both the service and the cooking are thoughtful.

I had the hamburg steak lunch. When I ordered a large rice portion, it was huge, enough to satisfy even on a day when you want to eat a lot. The staff’s service was polite too; it’s a truly wonderful restaurant.

I went in the evening for dinner. It’s in a residential neighborhood behind Iwamizawa Station, so you can dine quietly. The parking lot was paved with asphalt too, so ◎. The interior isn’t particularly large, but it was clean and had a calm atmosphere, which was nice. The meal began with salad, and the meat main course was thick yet very tender when cut with a knife, with a soft texture in the mouth. I hadn’t had many chances to visit, but the food made me want to order something different next time. It seems like a place where you could leisurely enjoy a meal over some wine. I enjoyed delicious food that seemed to reflect the chef’s personality. I think I’ll go again.

I searched for lunch in Iwamizawa and went here. The interior is pleasant, and the service is excellent. We chose the hamburg steak lunch and a fish dish. Very delicious(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) I’d like to visit again.
