A long-established shop that has grown alongside Iwamizawa, truly worthy of being called a "renowned shop." I'd been passing by for about 20 years, and it was one of the shops I'd always been curious about. In 2018, I finally got to go in. The first time I went in, it seemed to be an unusually quiet time, and I remember being surprised that the owner was watching TV lol My first order was "Napolitan" and "Coffee (after the meal)." For the Napolitan, grated cheese and Tabasco are brought out in advance. And the Napolitan that arrived was… "Old-fashioned Napolitan" that's what it felt like, with plenty of pork, and noodles that were slightly thick and on the long side. For the price of "580円," the portion felt like a good deal and was satisfying. It has no odd quirks eaten as is, and customizing it to your liking afterward with grated cheese and Tabasco is also ◎‼ I finished it in no time. The coffee also had a bright, acidic aroma and taste, and both were delicious. But what deserves special mention is…… "the owner's personality." Even to me, a first-time visitor, they were kind, saying it was "fate" that brought us together, and since I love to talk myself, I ended up chatting for a long time. I got to hear very precious stories about the owner and the history of the shop, the kind regulars, and the people they've met over the years, and I truly had a wonderful time. I'm truly glad from the bottom of my heart that I went into this shop… I really hope they keep it going for as long as they can. It made me realize once again: "The real value lies in the 'people' you can meet here.
