I came to 魂心家 again today in search of delicious ramen! Looking at the menu on the ticket machine, the green onion ramen looked tasty, but so did the chashu, so I ordered the soy sauce chashu ramen (1160円)! I also took the free rice, and my first sip of the soup had a mellow mouthfeel. The creamy soup was so delicious it was hard to believe it was pork-bone broth! I ordered the noodles firm, but they were delicious and went well with the soup. The chashu was tasty right down to the fat, there were quail eggs too, and I enjoyed another delicious meal today😋🍴💕! Since I always finish my ramen down to the last drop, I received a makuri certificate!

I used to dislike 魂心家. Why? Not at this branch, but out of 3 visits, there was hair in my food 2 times... How would you feel in that situation? Most people would be upset... Now, lukewarm soup and thick noodles don't equal LOVE for many people from 北海道, but I thought flexibly about making the most of that and ordered 「鯛塩つけ麺」. It had a pork-bone base, and once it was pointed out, I thought, yes, that's sea bream flavor! (haha) The flavor doesn't get diluted, which is great for tsukemen, but I wanted another twist or two. This is my personal opinion, but since oily fish around 横浜 is delicious, wouldn't ordinary 「魚介豚骨つけ麺」 be a safer choice? The free large portion and unlimited rice are nice! But the rice smelled, so I don't know if there's a problem with how it's washed, the water, or simply the quality of the rice... Oh, the service was wonderful! Finally... apparently the company president will soon revive リトルスプーン! Looking forward to that~ Thanks for the meal🍜

20251106, first visit. It was my first time stopping by, but I liked the flavor. I chose the highly recommended 魂心ラーメン. You choose from 4 flavors. I picked the unusual black pepper miso. Firm noodles, extra oil. There's a rice bar with unlimited refills too. If you finish the soup, you get a service voucher. The staff are good too. It seems the chain also has branches in 札幌市.
