Washio★Jiro's "Cafés and Old Guys" series vol.67 ☕️Drip coffee / Blend No. 4 Opened in Heisei 17 (2005). A specialty coffee shop with its main store in Ishikari, and branches in Maruyama, Odori, and Zenigata. After training at "Horiguchi Coffee" in Tokyo, famous for specialty coffee, he renovated his grandparents' building in his hometown of Ishikari and opened "Tokumitsu Coffee," with an attached roasting workshop, a long-held dream. Starting as a micro roaster (small-scale roaster), from sourcing beans, roasting and wholesale to running stores and even holding coffee classes, it can now be called one of the indispensable shops in Hokkaido's coffee industry. Today I ordered "Drip coffee / Blend No. 4" ☕️ Fragrant and mellow. The space inside the shop fits three groups, so it's probably best for small parties. They also sell coffee beans, and several groups came to buy some. The master looks taciturn, but when I talked to him he responded with a smile, and the service was very pleasant 😊 This time I had cheesecake and iced coffee, an excellent combination and very delicious 🙂‍↕️ I want to go again ✨

There aren't many seats inside. It looks like you can enjoy a variety of coffees. The staff are pleasant, and above all the coffee is delicious 😋 It's in a residential area, so you might have trouble finding it. Beside the entrance, a vending machine sells beans and dunk coffee. The coffee beer seems to be famous, so I'd like to buy it next time.

It's a roasted coffee bean shop in Ishikari, but it has an eat-in space too~♪ The parking lot has a decent amount of space, you know~♪ Since it stands all alone in a residential area, the only way to get there is by car, you know~! I went with my wife (laughs). The interior is trying for a stylish feel, but it's kind of so-so, you know! For orders, I had an iced café latte at 700 yen including tax, my wife had an iced coffee bitter (there's a light one too), and the two of us shared a gâteau chocolat at 550 yen including tax, apparently~♪ As expected of a popular coffee bean shop, the coffee is rich and delicious~! Rich but with a clean aftertaste~! The gâteau chocolat is hefty so we shared it, but it's really delicious~♪♪ Recommended for everyone, they say~♪

Tokumitsu Coffee, running at the forefront of Hokkaido's specialty coffee♪ Many wonderful restaurants use Tokumitsu Coffee precisely because its high quality is trusted. The Ishikari main store has a wide variety of beans, and the president, his wife, and the president's older brother look busy roasting and shipping beans♪ Being able to hear all sorts of coffee talk is a perk unique to the main store. As part of an Ishikari drive, stopping for a break with their recommended coffee is also a good idea♪ Recently, a coffee bean vending machine, rare even in the world, appeared!
