My first visit. I arrived at the parking lot 15 minutes before opening, the first one there. While I waited in my car, customers who arrived later started lining up outside, so I hurried to join them and ended up 3rd (haha). Once inside, a staff member said, “You're the one who arrived first, right?” and thoughtfully took my order first. That kind of consideration made me really happy. As rumored, 北京麺人 has a solid savory flavor beneath its addictive heat, making it impossible to put down your chopsticks with every bite. I can't describe it well, but to me it had a richness and savoriness reminiscent of galbi gukbap. A bowl that made me understand exactly why people say, “You'll crave it again.” Thank you for the meal. This restaurant is worth the 30-minute expressway drive from 札幌.

There are two warm, motherly staff members, and the homey atmosphere is lovely. I had なんばん味噌. It looks spicy, but one bite makes you blurt out, “So good!” The heat is mild, with sweetness and richness that keep you sipping the broth. Overall, I love it. I'll be back.

I've eaten here several times. I always find myself ordering the sweet and spicy 麺人. It has lots of vegetables, delicious broth, is piping hot, and the noodles are really good. There's a small size for children too. The miso was also delicious. They're kind and welcoming when I come with my child. It's always constantly busy, but please keep running the shop while taking care of your health!

Ordered a 南蛮味噌ラーメン and chashu rice bowl set. It looks spicy but is only mildly hot. Fairly light and delicious. The chashu bowl had shiso and red pickled ginger, making it easy to eat.

Visited in late September 2024 Arrived 5 minutes before opening on Saturday, and 2 groups were already waiting. Inside are 8 counter seats and 1 table seating 6. A sip of the miso tasted very sweet, with gentle soybean savoriness and a slightly roasted note. The chashu in the rice bowl was seasoned, but more lightly than it looked, so I couldn't taste much of it with the rice. The bowl contained shiso leaves, giving it a refreshing finish and making it taste even lighter. Sweet miso ramen divides opinions, so those who like it may really get hooked. Many customers were ordering 麺人, so I'll try that next time. There's parking beside the restaurant for about 5 cars.
